Refund policy
At The Instinct , each garment is produced and selected under strict standards of quality, design, and exclusivity. For this reason, we do not offer standard returns as part of our regular operations.
1. Right of withdrawal (mandatory by law)
In accordance with current European Union regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
This right will only apply if all of the following conditions are met:

The garment has not been used, washed, or damaged.

It is returned in its original condition , with labels, packaging and protective elements intact.

It shows no signs of use, mishandling, or wear.
If these conditions are not met, The Instinct reserves the right to refuse the return .
2. Exclusions to the right of return
No returns or refunds are accepted in the following cases:

Limited edition or made-to-order garments.
-
Customized products or products made specifically for the customer.
-
Items that, for reasons of hygiene or exclusivity, cannot be resold once opened or used.
These exceptions are protected by current legislation.
3. Refunds
If a return is approved in accordance with the above points:

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable .

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error attributable to the brand.
4. Defective products or shipping error
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order placed, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.
After verification, The Instinct will assume the corresponding solution , whether it be replacement or refund, as the case may be.
5. Brand Philosophy
At The Instinct, we don't encourage impulse buying. Each piece is designed for clients who understand the value of design, intention, and exclusivity.
Buying from our store involves a conscious decision.
