Refund policy

We want you to choose your piece with confidence. If you need to return it or resolve an issue, here is how you can do it.

This policy applies to purchases made at theinstinct.es.

1. Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to return it, without needing to provide a reason.

Write to info@theinstinct.es, indicating your order number and the pieces you wish to return. You may use the form found at the end of this document or any communication that clearly expresses your decision.

From the moment you notify us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 calendar days to send the return. You do not need our approval to exercise this right.

2. Condition of the pieces

You may try on the garment to check its size, fit, and characteristics, just as you would in a store.

To return it, please avoid using it beyond that check, washing it, or damaging it. Include the tags and original packaging whenever you still have them, and package it securely.

The lack of packaging or tags does not, in itself, result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. If handling beyond what is necessary reduces the value of the piece, we may deduct that loss of value from the refund, explaining and justifying the amount.

3. Return shipping costs

Direct return shipping costs are your responsibility when returning a piece due to withdrawal.

If you have received a defective or incorrect piece, we will cover the necessary costs to resolve the issue.

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.

4. Refunds

We will process the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the moment you notify us of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method, unless we agree otherwise at no additional cost to you.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the pieces or proof of their return, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them ourselves.

If you return the entire order, we will also refund the initial standard shipping costs. The supplement for a more expensive shipping method chosen voluntarily will not be refunded.

5. Personalized pieces

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, for example, with a name or text requested by you. This circumstance will be indicated before purchase.

Limited editions and catalog pieces produced on demand retain the right of withdrawal when no legal exception applies.

This exception does not affect your rights if the product is defective or does not match what was agreed upon.

6. Defective pieces or incorrect orders

If you detect a defect or receive a piece different from the one requested, write to us at info@theinstinct.es with the order number and a description of the issue. If possible, attach photographs to help us review it.

We recommend letting us know as soon as you detect it. We do not require notification within 48 hours to preserve your legal rights.

For purchases subject to Spanish regulations, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years following the delivery of new goods.

We will apply the legally appropriate solution: free repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the purchase with a refund.
