2. Shipping

Once prepared, the order is delivered over to the selected carrier. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors beyond The Instinct , such as:

  • Exceptional logistical conditions

The Instinct is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, although we will actively assist in providing information and tracking whenever possible.

3. Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is complete and accurate.

In cases of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Inability to deliver due to repeated absence

  • Package refusal

The costs of a new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before order confirmation.
