Refund Policy
At The Instinct , each garment is produced and selected under strict standards of quality, design, and exclusivity. For this reason, we do not operate with conventional returns as part of our usual process.
1. Right of withdrawal (mandatory by law)
In accordance with current European Union regulations, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
This right is only applicable if all of the following conditions are met:

The garment has not been worn, washed, or damaged.

It is returned in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and protective elements intact.

It shows no signs of use, improper handling, or wear.
If these conditions are not met, The Instinct reserves the right to reject the return.
2. Exclusions from the right of return
Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

Limited edition garments or items made on demand.

Customized products or items made specifically for the customer.

Items that, for reasons of hygiene or exclusivity, cannot be resold once opened or used.
These exceptions are supported by current legislation.
3. Refunds
If a return is approved in accordance with the above points:

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to the brand.
4. Defective products or shipping errors
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order placed, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.
After verification, The Instinct will provide the appropriate solution, either a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
5. Brand philosophy
At The Instinct , we do not encourage impulsive purchases. Each piece is designed for customers who understand the value of design, intention, and exclusivity.
