Every piece starts with an idea. Every purchase, with clear terms.
These terms regulate the use of theinstinct.es and purchases made in our online store.
1. General information
These terms regulate purchases made at theinstinct.es. The identification and contact details of the owner of THE INSTINCT are available in the Legal Notice.
For any questions about your order, you can write to us at info@theinstinct.es.
2. How to make a purchase
Select the piece, its size, and the available options, add it to the cart, and complete the delivery and payment details. Before finalizing, you will be able to review your order and correct errors.
By confirming the purchase, you accept these terms and the obligation to pay the indicated amount. You will receive an order confirmation and summary by email. Keep this message as proof.
The contract is entered into in the language you select during the purchase process. We keep order information, and you may request a copy by writing to us.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and provide correct information to process your purchase.
3. Pieces and availability
The features, composition, sizes, and price of each piece are indicated on its product page.
Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen. This does not limit your right to receive a piece that corresponds to the description and announced features.
If, after purchasing, a piece is unavailable, we will inform you and refund the corresponding amounts without undue delay. Any alternative will require your acceptance.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs and any additional charges will be indicated before confirming the purchase.
You can pay using the methods available at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized to process the order.
We may update catalog prices. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
5. Preparation and delivery
The usual estimated time frame is 7–14 business days from payment confirmation, and includes preparation, shipping, and delivery.
If a piece or destination has a different time frame, it will be indicated before purchase. In the event of an issue affecting delivery, we will inform you and address your corresponding rights.

6. Returns and withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without the need to justify your decision.
You can do so by writing to info@theinstinct.es. You will then have another 14 calendar days to return the piece.
The refund includes the corresponding standard delivery cost and is made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
You will only bear the direct costs of return if you were informed of this before purchasing. Details and the withdrawal form are included in the Return and Refund Policy.
Legal exceptions, such as pieces made to individual specifications or clearly personalized, will be indicated where applicable. Producing a catalog piece on demand does not, in itself, eliminate the right of withdrawal.
7. Legal warranty
We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, in accordance with Spanish regulations applicable to new goods.
If you receive a defective piece or one different from what you ordered, write to info@theinstinct.es. We will handle the legally appropriate solution at no cost to you.
8. Site use and intellectual property
You may not use the website for illicit or fraudulent purposes or for any use that compromises its security.
The designs, photographs, texts, logos, and other content belong to THE INSTINCT or its respective owners. Their reproduction or exploitation requires authorization, except for uses permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes our legal liabilities or limits your rights as a consumer.
9. Inquiries and complaints
You can contact us at info@theinstinct.es for any inquiry, issue, or complaint related to your purchase. We will respond as soon as possible, and no later than the applicable legal deadline.

10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to each order.
Spanish law applies, without depriving you of the mandatory protection that may correspond to you as a consumer in your country of habitual residence.
Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable regulations.
