Returns & Refunds

At The Instinct, every piece is produced and selected under strict standards of quality, design and exclusivity. For this reason, we do not operate conventional returns as part of our standard process.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer law, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.

This right applies only when all of the following conditions are met:

The garment has not been worn, washed or damaged. It is returned in its original condition, with tags, packaging and protective elements intact. It shows no signs of use, improper handling or wear.

If these conditions are not met, The Instinct reserves the right to decline the return.

Exclusions

Returns and refunds are not accepted in the following cases: limited edition or made-to-order pieces, personalised or custom products, and items that cannot be resold once opened or used for reasons of hygiene or exclusivity. These exclusions are covered under applicable law.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to the brand.

Defective products or incorrect orders

If the item received has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order placed, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, The Instinct will provide the appropriate resolution — replacement or refund, as applicable.

Our philosophy

We do not encourage impulse purchases. Every piece is made for those who understand the value of design, intention and exclusivity. Buying from our store is a considered decision.
