Shipping policy

1. Order preparation
All orders are prepared within an estimated 7-14 business days from payment confirmation.
This timeframe may vary depending on:

- Limited editions or production on demand
- Order volume in specific periods
During this time, the order is processed, checked, and packaged according to our quality standards.
2. Shipments
Once prepared, the order is handed over to the selected carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond The Instinct's control, such as:
- Carrier's operations
- Local or national holidays
- Exceptional logistical conditions
The Instinct is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties , although we will actively collaborate to provide information and follow-up when possible.
3. Delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct .
In case of:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Impossibility of delivery due to repeated absence
- Package rejection
The costs arising from a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are non-refundable , even in the case of a return.
5. Delivery issues
If the order arrives with visible signs of damage or tampering, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear visual evidence.
Claims made outside of this period cannot be processed.
6. Customs and taxes (international shipments)
For international orders outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for any:

- Customs management
The Instinct has no control over these charges and is not responsible for them.
7. Shipping Philosophy
We don't work with impulsive shipments or mass production.
